Due to a positive COVID case among our office staff, we are closing our office to the public and all office personnel will be working remotely. Above all, our priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, so we’re actively taking precautions to keep everyone healthy while continuing to serve our customers.
In that regard, please order ahead by phone or email. Stock orders placed this week may be delayed until next Tuesday, November 3rd. All orders placed last week will still be ready for pickup on the day that was agreed upon with your salesperson.
Our standard pickup schedule is as follows.
- Order Monday….pick up Thursday
- Order Tuesday….pick up Thursday
- Order Wed……….pick up following Tuesday
- Order Thurs……..pick up following Tuesday
- Order Friday…….pick up following Tuesday
For non-credit customers, the salesperson will ask for pre-payment over the phone. Payments accepted include debit card, credit card, or check. Please note that if you plan to pay with a check it must be mailed in and we will only begin to put your order together when the check has been received.
When you arrive to pick up your order, yard personnel will assist you in loading your order and completing any remaining paperwork.
