Jonah Kirchner

For the past two and a half years, Jonah Kirchner has been a driving force in the Marks Lumber mill—operating heavy equipment, managing the flow of lumber through the kiln, and overseeing key parts of the drying process. As Mill Lead and self-declared “Keeper of the Kiln,” Jonah thrives on the hands-on nature of the work, especially when he’s running the sawmill. His favorite product? Our circle sawn shiplap—plenty of which he’s used in his own cabin. A transplant from Wisconsin, Jonah’s embraced Montana life, enjoying anything with two wheels (or less) and honing his skills as a blacksmith.
